Redeeming a winner’s prize is designed to be simple.

The Partner starts the redemption, the winner confirms it, and the amount is then recorded against the Partner account.

Partner steps

From QR code to completed redemption.

Log in to your Partner account.
Open your RKL Partner Dashboard.
Select “Redeem a winner’s prize”.
This opens the redemption screen.
Enter or scan the winner’s code.
Type their short code or scan their QR code.
Enter the purchase amount.
Use the exact amount the winner is spending with you.
The winner accepts the payment.
They’ll see the request in their Winner Dashboard and confirm it.
The transaction reaches your account.
Once accepted, it appears in your dashboard and is added to the amount owed to your business.
Track your payments.
Your dashboard keeps the transaction history and lets you download it as a CSV.

Outstanding balances are paid by Revive Kettering CIC every two weeks, starting from the previous Lottery draw date.
