If you want to increase or reduce your monthly ticket amount, update your payment details or stop future payments, you can manage it directly through your Zeffy donor account.
Log in with the same email address you used to join. Open My transactions, select your Revive Kettering Lottery payment, then choose Change amount or Cancel Renewal. Changes apply to future payments.
If you’ve never used your Zeffy donor account before, enter the email address you used to join and Zeffy will guide you through activating it.

How do I spend my winnings?
You receive a prize balance, rather than cash. Spend it across participating Lottery Partners, in one or multiple purchases, until your balance is used. Revive Kettering pays the businesses for the amount redeemed.

What does the 90% include?
90% of the funds raised go towards local prizes and funding to support and improve Kettering town centre. That includes the Prize Fund, business support, cleaning and improvements, accessibility and community-chosen projects. Funding develops in stages as participation grows.
Why does the form mention a Zeffy contribution?
Zeffy is the payment platform used for signup. It asks for an optional contribution to support its service. You can change this to £0: select “Other” in the contribution dropdown, then enter 0 in the contribution box.
This is separate from your lottery tickets and is not required to enter.
How do I change or cancel my monthly tickets?
Log in to your Zeffy donor account using the same email address you used to join the Lottery. Open My transactions, select your Revive Kettering Lottery payment, then choose Change amount to adjust how many tickets you buy each month, or Cancel Renewal to stop future payments.
Each £2 is one monthly ticket, so please keep changes in £2 increments. Changes apply from the next scheduled payment. Payments already processed aren’t refunded automatically.
